
Delvin Fletcher joined the International Institute of Business Analysis™ (IIBA®) as President and Chief Executive Officer in January 2020. He is passionate about IIBA’s mission to lead the business analysis community and provide global standards of practice, so every person achieves more. Prior to joining IIBA, he served as Chief Information Officer with the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario since 2017. His professional background includes membership association and not-for-profit experience, functional roles in operations and information systems, digital transformation oversight, and extensive consulting in both the public and private sectors. He brings experience from Ethoca Technologies, Xchange Technology Group, SAP Canada, Shred-it International, KPMG, and other prominent organizations where he acted in senior leadership roles.

Jon Buttriss is an accomplished international executive with over 30 years of experience leading strategic transformation across public, technology, and not-for-profit sectors. As Chairperson of IIBA since 2018, Jon has championed the Institute's evolution from a traditional content publisher to a dynamic, AI-powered digital learning ecosystem, fostering a thriving global community of Business Analysis professionals.
Jon's career demonstrates a consistent ability to transform organizations and create lasting impact. As CEO of BCS Learning & Development, he turned around a struggling operation into a highly profitable enterprise. At Reed Learning, he revitalised the business while winning government contracts supporting socially disadvantaged learners. Leading transformation at Revenue Service, States of Guernsey, he delivered mission-critical programs through digital innovation and agile governance.
An advocate for AI and data ethics, Jon guides organizations from legacy systems to insight-driven ecosystems. His leadership style blends empathetic culture-building with transparent, high-impact delivery—proven through managing globally distributed teams and serving in executive and non-executive director roles across charitable organisations.
Building his first computer at age 10, Jon began his career as a simulations programmer on industrial and military projects before moving into transformation leadership at organizations including Santander, Thomson Corporation, Reed, and BCS. His passion for creating opportunity extends beyond the boardroom through coaching, volunteering, and charitable fundraising—notably through cycle challenges including London to Paris and the Ring of Kerry.
Jon believes that "talent is everywhere, opportunity is not," and enjoys learning from life's journey, music, hiking, and sporting events.

Stephanie is a CPA CA and ICD.d with over 30 years of leadership. She is an accomplished finance expert with executive risk and operations experience. Her passion for the environmental sector coupled with hands-on service industry experience in technology, energy, travel, and loyalty programs has garnered valuable knowledge of the fluidity of needs of fast-growing private companies and the requirements for public entities. Her 15+ years of board experience, including several terms as Committee and Board Chair positions, together with her experience in navigating several regulatory environments give a broad range of experience that the IIBA is able to lever.

A commercially astute executive and non-executive director with over two decades leadership across financial services, government, and health services, including CEO, Chair, and Director roles in complex environments. Sue brings deep experience in governance, solvency, and transformation, with a history of guiding boards and organizations through high-stakes transitions such as mergers, regulatory reforms and divestments, as well as digital and business transformations.

Sue is the former Chief Human Resources Officer of Toronto Dominion Bank, one of the top 25 global banks, with Canadian, US, and UK experience in large financial services organizations. She brings deep business acumen developed through expanding and contracting business cycles within organic growth, brand-oriented companies. Sue will bring experience creating purpose-led people strategy and programs designed to drive business success through aligned customer and employee experience propositions and effective board governance and regulatory requirements.

Victoria Cupet is a certified coach, trainer, consultant, best-selling author, and keynote speaker. She has vast experience in business analysis, process management, and project management, as well as in the personal development area.
Victoria’s deep knowledge and strong commitment are proven by more than 20 certifications, such as Certified Business Analysis Professional™ (CBAP®), PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA), Project Management Professional (PMP), and many others.
Victoria contributed as an author of Business Analysis Body of Knowledge® (BABOK® Guide) v3 and is the co-author of the book The Road to Success.


Filip Hendrickx is the Immediate Past President of the IIBA Brussels Chapter, where he actively fostered the business analysis community in Belgium and Luxembourg. He has been recognized for his contributions with the 2022 and 2024 IIBA EMEA Region Volunteer of the Year Awards. In addition to his volunteer work, Filip runs the international BA & Beyond Conference, is a global trainer, coach and consultant, and serves as a Visiting Professor at Vrije Universiteit Brussel, with a focus on information systems strategy and the business impact of the future of computing.
He brings extensive experience in strategic business analysis, innovation, and business architecture. Filip has led and coached business architecture and transformation initiatives across multiple industries, integrating lean startup methodologies, customer validation, and self-organizing teams to improve business performance.

Khethelo Malinga is a past President of IIBA’s South Africa Chapter. She lead the Chapter’s strategy and focused on connecting a community of business analysis professionals, increasing membership, and maximizing skills development in the profession.
Khethelo has dedicated her career to advancing the field of business analysis and helping organizations thrive. With 14+ years of experience in banking, she has a deep understanding of the challenges faced by financial institutions in today's changing business environment.
As a CBAP®, she has worked as a Business Analyst for most of her career with experience in process reengineering, product ownership, solutions design, and digital transformation projects. She’s studying towards her MBA, has a bachelor's degree in Financial Information Systems, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PDBM), Lean Six Sigma belt, and a Prince2 Foundation certificate.

Russell Mears is an experienced business analysis leader, currently serving as Head of Business Analysis for Enabling Units IT at AstraZeneca. In this role, he leads business analysis efforts across HR, Legal, Global Sustainability, and Corporate Affairs, driving digital transformation and platform integration.
He has a broad background in financial services and IT, having delivered high-impact transformation projects at organizations including Equiniti, PwC, Morgan Stanley, and Lehman Brothers. His areas of specialization include regulatory compliance, process automation, CRM transformation, and large-scale outsourcing initiatives across global locations.

Robert Moreau, FCPA, ICD.D
Board Director – International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)
Robert Moreau is a seasoned bilingual executive and board director with over 20 years of senior leadership experience as a President & CEO and Chief Financial Officer across financial services, insurance, wealth management, and manufacturing. Throughout his career, he has relied on strong business analysis to support complex decisions involving growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions, operating model redesign, digital transformation, and risk management.
As CEO of a large cooperative financial institution, Robert led enterprise-wide transformations affecting thousands of employees, hundreds of thousands of members, and multiple regulators. These initiatives required disciplined problem definition, data-driven insight, clear articulation of business requirements, and rigorous evaluation of options—core principles that sit at the heart of the business analysis profession.
Robert currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of The Co-operators group of companies and brings extensive experience overseeing strategy execution, financial stewardship, and organizational performance. A Fellow of the Chartered Professional Accountants of New Brunswick (FCPA) and an Accredited Director (ICD.D), he is committed to advancing the role of business analysis as a critical enabler of sound decision-making, successful change, and sustainable value creation.

On his first day of work, Matthew Leach wrote requirements. This initial assignment began a career long passion for business analysis which continues to this day. Since that time, Matthew has held positions as a practitioner and a leader with several technology and consulting organizations. He is currently a Vice President at NTT DATA Services where he leads a global consulting practice focused on reimagining experiences, creating business agility, and improving project execution.
Throughout his career, Matthew has partnered with companies spanning industries as diverse as financial services, healthcare, and defense, among others. His constant focus is to better understand the operations as well as their customers of these organizations, while inventing business models and delivering solutions that delight both.
Matthew is a recognized authority on business analysis, project management, and agile practices with a focus on digital transformation. He is also a contributing author to the third edition of the IIBA’s Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®) and is the joint holder of a patent for the quantitative analysis of digital customer experiences.
Matthew holds a BS and MS Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from Boston College.
He lives in Boston with his wife and children where he dreams of tennis and downhill skiing, while building Legos and playing with trains.

Dr. Terry Roach is the founder of Capsifi, a global software company that specializes in business architecture solutions.
Throughout his 20-year career in senior executive positions at global technology vendors (including IBM, Apple, PeopleSoft, and Oracle), Terry has worked on dozens of complex business transformation projects across North and South America and Asia Pacific. Frustrated by a lack of rigour in the description for business operating models, Terry was inspired to find a more comprehensive approach. His 2011 PhD thesis on semantic modelling has evolved into a comprehensive business architecture platform and innovative global software business.
Originally from Zimbabwe, Terry lived in Botswana, South Africa, New York, and Brazil before making Sydney his home in 2001 with his wife Amanda and their four boys. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rhodes University South Africa and was admitted to Mensa in the 99th percentile in 1986. He continues to pursue an academic research career, holding an Adjunct Senior Lecturer position in Computer Science and Engineering at University of New South Wales (UNSW). Terry is also on the curriculum advisory board for the School of Software at University of Technology Sydney (UTS).

Mark is Chief Risk and Compliance Officer with Prime Quadrant. He has over 30 years of experience in financial and operational management, Mark served in senior roles including Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Administrative Officer, Chief Risk Officer, and Chief Compliance Officer. Mark brings his broad background to build successful businesses in Canada, the USA, the UK, Asia, and Latin America, focused primarily on financial services and solutions. He is a critical and creative thinker who develops innovative, client-focused teams to drive strategic vision across multifaceted global organizations. As an architect and implementer of commercial solutions for highly complex issues, he will add valuable business acumen to IIBA’s Board.
